Key Responsibilities

• Align logistics operations with business strategy

   by supporting the Head of Logistics and providing insights for supply chain design, cost optimization, and distribution planning.

• Manage end-to-end warehousing, transportation, and inventory

  —ensuring efficient secondary transportation and last-mile delivery performance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

   of logistics officers, depot managers, and warehouse supervisors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Leverage technology and analytics

   (SAP, WMS, TMS, Power BI & Excel MIS) to support digital transformation and improve reporting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Drive customer-centric logistics,

   balancing cost and performance while ensuring high OTIF deliveries and quick complaint resolution.

• Handle challenges with swift, strategic problem-solving

  —from managing disruptions to planning contingencies for business continuity.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ FMCG logistics experience
• Proficient in English & Hindi
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
