Assistant Manager – Leadership & Professional Skills Development

Role Requirement

To provide a wide range of leadership, management & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of Leadership and Managerial programs for Junior and Middle management.
  • Implementing L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs
  • Design and develop outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results
  • Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning
  • Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members
  • Aware of evaluation process based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures
  • Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process
  • Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions

  • Impactful delivery of leadership trainings and workshops would be a key success factor
  • Expertise in identifying business challenges, development needs and creating/delivering solutions that meet the business objectives

  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Quality of the solutions designed, developed, and delivered (including facilitation), participant and stakeholder feedback/satisfaction scores

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s degree in HR, Talent/Organizational Development or Psychology, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management
  • Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
  • Team Management skills

Other Details

  • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
  • Travel Requirement: Occasional (up to 30%)
Note: The job requires working as per the roster and will have rotational weekly offs. Weekend working may be required as per the roster.
