Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Neem Ka Thana. The Assistant Manager will oversee branch operations, manage customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve branch sales targets. Responsibilities include handling daily banking transactions, addressing customer queries, supervising staff, and maintaining branch security. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for promoting bank products and services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
Experience in banking operations and sales
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and procedures
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
