Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical training on Process Engineering and associated documentation

Accompany and train Junior Engineers on Site Performance Trial and in-house trials.

Assisting Design department for Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and complex process calculation

Recommend and support new development trial

Deals with freezing the specification of process equipment

Participate at the time of kick-off meeting of equipment manufacturer

Approving the process & control system functional descriptions

Subject matter export for all things related to the Process, eg. support Project department

Support safety related evaluation such & Hazardous analysis

Training customer process and operations personnel on our process system

Ongoing customer troubleshooting support

Timely closure of technical issues

Timely closure of process issues

Build and maintain relationships with customers and promote technologies within our networks

Market intelligence in terms of rate, product, specification and technical comparisons

Ensure regular updating of presentations, literatures, specifications and catalogues and Process based on market feedbacks,

Weekly review of reports.

Resolution of customer concerns within specified timelines

Participate in trade fairs

Keeping abreast with regulatory requirements

Ensure market feedback and information for updating of business.
