Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. School Activation Visit assigned schools to introduce our platform to parents and students. Plan and execute promotions of UPRIOs free school exam app. 2. Free Batch Enrollment Encourage students to join free trial batches and guide them through the onboarding process. 3. Conversion & Retention Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers. Monitor subscription renewals and retention strategies. Conduct regular check-ins via in-person visits and follow-up calls. What Were Looking For: Education & Experience Bachelors degree mandatory. Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or education-related roles is advantageous. Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage parents, students, and school authorities. Organizational Ability Strong planning skills to maximize daily/weekly efficiencybalancing visits, calls, and administrative follow-ups. Results Orientation Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance metrics. Adaptability & Problem-Solving Flexible in addressing on-ground challenges. Quick to propose creative solutions based on parent/student feedback.
