Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Agra. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, supervising team activities, and ensuring targets are met. The role includes planning and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, and facilitating communication between different departments. The Assistant Manager will also participate in staff training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in client relationship management and team supervision
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Agra
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
