Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role located in Aurangabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations including customer service, team management, and branch performance. They will work on enhancing customer experience, implementing bank policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, team management, and branch operations
  • Knowledge of retail banking, MSME, and government banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
