Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Banda. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team, achieving business targets, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to company policies. Tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring sales and operational performance, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Assistant Manager will also identify new business opportunities, provide training to team members, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business strategy formulation
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of life insurance products and understanding of the financial sector (preferred)
• Comfortable working on-site and meeting sales as well as operational targets
• Relevant professional experience or a degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field
