Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Nagpur. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role also involves developing HR policies, managing payroll, and facilitating training and development programs & employee engagement. Strict vigilance on attendance is also a part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes and employee onboarding
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Proficiency in developing HR policies and managing payroll
• Ability to handle employee relations and facilitate training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
