Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Panaji. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, managing employee benefits, and providing HR support to various departments within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Performance Management and HR Policy Development
  • Understanding of Compliance with Employment Laws and Regulations
  • Experience in Training and Development, and Employee Benefits Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
