Job Summary

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing and executing the organization’s HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support business growth and employee satisfaction.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing / corporate setup.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
