Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals: LinkedIn, IIM jobs, Naukri, etc
  • Coordinating and Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, following up for feedback
  • Asist in collection of candidate documentation
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records and data
  • Negotiating Offers with the candidates
  • Candidate Engagement: Resolving candidate queries about the role, recruitment process, etc

Job Requirement:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 or 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge/experience of using job portals
  • Understanding of recruitment process
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
