The Assistant Manager Plant HR & IR will manage all Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions within the manufacturing plant. This includes employee engagement, labor law compliance, union management, grievance handling, and overall HR operations, ensuring a productive, harmonious, and legally compliant workplace.
1.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR & IR practices in manufacturing.
2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.3.Ability to maintain harmonious employee-management relations.4. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
