A strong candidate is required for handling the above role for the whole group of companies.
A hand on understanding of payroll and statutory compliance which includes thorough expertise in the field of PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, Factory license, GMC, etc
Good in communication, able to resolve all queries of the employees related to their benefits, payroll and TDS
Willing to travel within Surat or outside for coordinating with different stakeholders for completing the relevant formalities of statutory related work.
Growth Plan - To handle the payroll department of entire group companies
Notice Period - Immediate joiners preferred
only male candidates required for this role.
