Role & responsibilities Process manager Develop and implement production schedules to meet output and delivery targets. Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth production. Monitor cycle times and machine utilization to optimize production output. Oversee plastic injection moulding processes, ensuring parameter consistency and productivity. Optimize mould changeover time (SMED) and reduce downtime. Analyze and address issues such of moulding defects. Conduct training and skill development programs for the production team. Work closely with the quality department to ensure products meet customer requirements. Knowledge of atomisation to reduce cost, MUDA , increase machine, Mould, and Man safety. Meeting with machine and mould maintenance department to increase MHI. Knowledge of auxiliary equipment selection and utilisation. Knowledge ISO/TS/IATF standards and monitoring with plant team. Randomly verify daily production reports, shift reports, and downtime analysis. Leena 9076215365
