Compliance & Policies

• Develop, refine, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance and business alignment.
• Monitor changing labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on necessary updates and compliance measures.

HR Projects

• Lead key HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, talent development frameworks, and attrition management.
• Drive data-based decision-making to address organizational challenges and enhance HR effectiveness.
• Implement leadership development programs and succession planning strategies to build organizational capability.

People Insights & Analytics

• Utilize HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends, challenges, and improvement areas.
• Present insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
