Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and repatriations.
• Collaborate with teams across geographies to ensure seamless mobility operations in compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Handle immigration and tax compliance protocols, ensuring policies align with internal and external guidelines.
• Evaluate and improve current mobility policies, creating innovative solutions for better employee experiences.
• Oversee vendor management and develop partnerships for relocation, tax advisory, and other mobility-related services.
• Provide insights and advisory to leadership on mobility trends and impacts to strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred).

• Experience

  : At least 6+ years in HR Operations, with significant exposure to global mobility functions.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex assignments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
