Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, including team coordination, task delegation, and ensuring smooth workflow processes. They will oversee project schedules, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with both onsite and remote teams. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, assisting in problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to company policies. While the Assistant Manager will primarily work from the company's office, there is flexibility to complete certain tasks remotely.

  • Organizational, team coordination, and workflow management skills
  • Experience in project management and monitoring performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and delegation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
