Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Fire and Safety to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd., located in the Real Estate - Other industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage fire safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for employees.
Inspect fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other safety equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections and incidents.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in fire safety management.
Possess strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
