Job Description

Job Description Day to day Accounting work & mandate approvals Review and Approve daily vouchers ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
Monitor timely posting of accounting entries across ledgers
Compliance & Regulatory Filings Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and reconciliation of TDS and GST
Review and file TDS Returns, GST Returns, and handle Form 15CA/CB compliances
Maintain updated compliance tracker to avoid penalties
Audit Support Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors, providing schedules and reconciliations
Address audit queries and ensure closure of audit findings
Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing Prepare and circulate MIS reports, dashboards, and management analysis
Drive timely monthly closing, including provisions, reconciliations, and adjustments
Deliver customized reports for management and business teams
Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth financial operations
Process Improvement Implement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve accuracy
Support automation and system-driven controls for better efficiency
Requirements Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Hands-on experience in voucher approvals, monthly closing, and reconciliations
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivots, dashboards) and financial reporting tools
Ability to prepare, review, and analyze MIS & custom reports
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Leadership qualities with ability to guide, review, and motivate a team
Proactive mindset with ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements
