Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Facilities & Employee Services to join our dynamic team at the PepsiCo India Capability Centre (ICC), Hyderabad. This role will be responsible for end-to-end facilities operations across our 432,000 sq. ft. office space, while also leading key employee experience services, including employee relocations, onboarding support, visa coordination, and travel assistance.
Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the 432,000 sq. ft. office facility in Hyderabad, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace experience.
  • Coordinate with service providers for housekeeping, security, HVAC, cafeteria, transport, and other workplace amenities.
  • Monitor AMC contracts, vendor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and statutory regulations.
  • Support space planning, seating allocation, and facility readiness for business expansion or changes.

Employee Relocations & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end employee relocation support, including coordination with hotels for housing, travel, and settling-in services.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, especially those relocating from other cities or countries.
  • Provide welcome kits, induction space support, and helpdesk assistance as required.

Visa & Travel Support
  • Coordinate with HR, employees, and travel agencies to manage visa processing, renewals, and documentation for international business travel.
  • Assist employees with travel planning, ticketing, hotel accommodations, and itinerary support in accordance with company policies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Facilities, HR, IT, Finance, and Business Leads.
  • Regularly track and report on facilities performance metrics, employee satisfaction, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Proactively address employee concerns related to workplace services with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in facilities or workplace services, preferably in a large corporate office or shared services environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in handling employee relocations, travel, or visa coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with CAFM or facility ticketing systems is a plus.
