Assistant Manager

A skilled UX Designer with a deep understanding of the UX process, capable of creating intuitive, innovative, and user-centered designs. This individual will be responsible for developing new UX guidelines tailored to healthcare products, ensuring that the user experience is optimized for accessibility, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX process from research and concept development to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Create and implement UX guidelines and design systems specific to healthcare products, focusing on user accessibility, data security, and ease of use.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and clinical experts to ensure designs align with product goals and healthcare standards.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that convey a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA) while crafting designs that prioritize the needs and safety of patients and healthcare professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare UX design to incorporate the latest innovations into the product.
