Job Description

Responsible for operation and maintenance of process equipment such as SSR, GLR, ANFD, RCVD, Centrifuges, and Dryers.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for process and utility equipment.
Ensure minimal downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Coordinate with Production, Utility, and Safety departments for smooth plant operation.
Maintain maintenance history records, calibration schedules, and equipment logs.
Prepare and review SOPs, preventive maintenance checklists, and spare parts planning.
Handle engineering documentation for audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.).
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
Support project activities like equipment installation, modification, and validation.
Lead a small team of technicians for day-to-day maintenance tasks.
