TO check pipe used for charging. It should be clean & dry. 13. To check candle filter should be attached to charging line 14. All Liquid RAW materials to be charged through candle filter only 15. To check all line of reactor. All line should be closed. 16. To operate as per BMR instruction like 17. To Close all lines and apply water ring vacuumed in the reactor. 18. To Releasing of vacuum & starting of stirring of reactor. 19. To Purging of nitrogen as per BMR limit in kg in the reactor. 20. To applying slowly heating and temperature as per BMR instruction in the reactor. 21. To Applying of cooling /Chilling/Brine as per BMR instruction in the reactor. 22. To Release pressure from went line by jacket of reactor. 23. To Maintain rate of Distillation by slowly and increasing gradually in the reactor. 24. To Identify the EHS related corrective & preventive action. 25. Accountable for in process EHS of the product. 26. To stop working in unsafe area/ unsafe condition. 27. To report near-miss or accident observed. 28. Housekeeping in surrounding work area.

Implement and maintain documentation as per GMP and ISO standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with PESO, pollution control, safety, and statutory regulations . Promote EHS best practices across the maintenance and project teams. Lead safety drills and ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance and shutdown activities. Team & Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers across maintenance and project functions. Coordinate with production, QA, and EHS departments for cross-functional activities. Prepare and present maintenance KPIs, downtime reports, and improvement initiatives to senior management. Candidate Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering . Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in chemical, API pharma, or paints industries . Strong knowledge of glass-lined, pressurized, and MSDL reactor systems .
