Role Summary

Responsible for executing API production activities as per BMR/SOP, ensuring cGMP & safety compliance, and supporting smooth, efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform batch operations: charging, reactions, filtration, drying, and material handling.
  
• Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, dryers, filters, scrubbers, and utilities.
  
• Maintain accurate BMR/BPR, logbooks, and production documentation.
  
• Follow cGMP, GDP, and EHS guidelines; ensure safe handling of chemicals and solvents.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for production continuity.
  
• Report deviations, process issues, and support audits and process improvements.
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
  
• 14 years of experience in API manufacturing (freshers can be considered for trainee roles).
  

Skills

• Knowledge of API processes and equipment.
  
• Strong compliance and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work in shifts and follow safety norms.
