Officer - Production

As an Officer - Production at Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited, your role involves carrying out the production process according to the production BMR. Your key responsibilities will include: - Online documentation of BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks, and daily record filling. - Verifying raw material, packing material, and cleaning material issued by the warehouse. - Ensuring proper segregation, labeling, identification, and area cleaning. - Manufacturing KSM/Intermediate/API as per BMR and BPR. - Conducting process validation and cleaning validation as per protocol. - Monitoring processes for GMP/cGMP compliance and reporting any deviations. - Managing manpower for shift handling and providing training. - Ensuring proper housekeeping and sanitization in the manufacturing block. - Issuing documents like BMR, BPR, ECR, logbooks, and daily documents from QA/QS. - Maintaining proper environment in Unit 6B and following required safety precautions. - Coordinating with Engineering department for preventive maintenance and related work. - Collaborating with QC and QA departments for material testing and timely release. - Coordinating with ETP/ZDS department for effluent treatment. - Monitoring continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancements with R&D. - Supervising day-to-day production activities regarding yield, quality, safety, delay, deviation, and production targets. - Managing manpower and approving leave for staff, AOCPs, and contract workers. - Handling process waste and scrap efficiently.
