Role Overview:

Assistant Manager – Event Alliances


Key Responsibilities:

Alliance & Partnerships

  • Identify and evaluate potential event partners (festivals, lifestyle events, food events, corporates, hospitality groups, RWAs, malls, etc.).
  • Assist in securing event collaborations that align with EazyDiner’s business goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with event organizers, agencies, and hospitality partners.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate event deliverables, timelines, and requirements between internal teams and external partners.
  • Support on-ground event execution including branding, activations, customer engagement, and influencer presence.
  • Monitor event performance and ensure adherence to partner commitments.

Business Development

  • Work closely with the Alliances Manager to negotiate partnership terms.
  • Identify value-driven opportunities for brand visibility, lead generation, and customer activation.

Marketing & Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee creation of event collaterals, digital content, branding materials, and promotional assets.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track event ROI, performance metrics, footfall, engagement, and partner satisfaction.
  • Prepare post-event reports, insights, and recommendations for future events.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management and stakeholder handling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
  • Understanding of event operations, brand activations, and partnerships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and coordination tools.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Events, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in event partnerships, brand alliances, or event management (F&B/Hotels/Lifestyle preferred).
  • Experience in handling on-ground events or brand activations is a strong advantage.
  • Best in the industry ESOP plan.
