Assistant Manager – Energy

 Key Responsibilities As Energy AM, you will be responsible for: 1. Swap Station Uptime & Preventive Maintenance Ensure 24x7 uptime of swap stations Address hardware failures & alerts Track preventive maintenance completion Document infra-related issues 2. Energy Runner Team Management & Deployment Design rosters & monitor attendance Maintain runner-to-station ratio Supervise Control Tower executives Maintain hygiene & discipline standards 3. Battery Inventory & Swap Quality Monitor charge vs discharge ratio Enforce FIFO & avoid pile-ups Reduce non-potential swaps Identify & remove faulty batteries 4. Battery Safety, Theft & SOP Compliance Conduct safety drills Store as per SOP guidelines Prevent unattended batteries Report theft cases daily 5. Cleanliness & Station Hygiene Ensure clean, well-lit stations Remove spills, loose wires, hazards Display SOP & emergency info clearly 6. Tech Coordination & Infra Maintenance Log faults & track repeated issues Coordinate with HQ for repairs & replacements Ensure repair completion before shift ends 7. Communication & Escalation Handling Address rider complaints quickly Tag & escalate anomalies Share weekly insights with HQ 8. Daily Reporting & Route Compliance Ensure runners follow route logic Track & resolve delayed swaps Send daily shift-end reports 🎯 What We’re Looking For Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field 2–5 years of experience in operations, energy, or EV industry Strong leadership & problem-solving skills Ability to manage field teams and ensure compliance
