Assistant Manager – DISCOM Operations

Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – DISCOM Operations to join our Energy team. The role involves coordinating with electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs), managing power connections for our battery swap stations, and supporting hub energy operations across the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Coordinate with DISCOM officials for new connections, load enhancements, and energy-related issues at Baaz swap station sites. Manage and track electricity consumption, billing, and energy optimization. Ensure all sites are compliant with government and DISCOM norms. Maintain and update documentation related to connections, bills, and energy audits. Liaise with internal teams (Energy, Operations, Infra) for timely execution. Possess strong property/location knowledge across Delhi NCR, especially Gurgaon, for evaluating and managing energy feasibility at sites. Support site setup, inspections, and approvals with local authorities and vendors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in DISCOM liaison, facility management, or energy operations. Strong understanding of electricity billing, metering, and load management. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for site and DISCOM visits.
