Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Employee Transportation Operation ETS located in Navi Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, managing transportation and supply chain logistics, ensuring high levels of customer service, and managing transportation-related issues. The Assistant Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Transportation Operations, Operations Management, and Transportation Management
• Experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SAAS-based transportation platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field
