Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our EdTech team. The role involves academic coordination, vendor management, client acquisition, and operations management to ensure smooth delivery of educational services and growth of business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Coordination

  • Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic teams to ensure timely delivery of sessions.
  • Monitor academic schedules, student engagement, and feedback collection.
  • Support curriculum implementation and ensure quality standards.

Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for academic and operational requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve vendor-related issues.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and acquire institutional and B2B clients for EdTech programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their requirements.
  • Support sales and business development teams in achieving targets.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
  • Streamline workflows for student admissions, course delivery, and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred: Management, Education, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination, operations, or EdTech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
