About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – B2B to join our EdTech team. The role involves building and managing relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate clients, driving partnerships, and ensuring business growth through B2B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard potential institutional and corporate partners.
• Manage end-to-end B2B client relationships, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches for EdTech solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to deliver client requirements.
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies for growth.
• Build long-term partnerships to enhance revenue and brand presence in the EdTech domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in EdTech/education/SAAS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building ability with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven track record in achieving sales/revenue goals.
