Position Summary
The Assistant Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and direct bookings. This role ensures all digital touchpoints reflect The Ritz-Carlton brand standards and delivers a seamless, luxury-driven guest experience online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising, in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote Rooms, F&B, Spa, Events, and brand experiences.
- Optimize website content and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Optimize photography, videography, and copywriting for digital platforms.
- Manage social media channels Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Linked In, including content calendars, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking. (end to end SMM)
- Run Meta ads and optimize digital presence on OTA’s, online platforms and websites.
- Manages hygiene and reviews along with increasing guest interactions on digital platforms
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing regular weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Designing collaterals and video and photo editing skills in Adobe Suites
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of digital marketing experience,
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
