About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in travel planning and vendor coordination, with a strong sense of ownership, creativity, and operational discipline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Crew Captains responsible for planning and executing customer travel.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely execution of travel-related tasks and adherence to service standards.
  • Work closely with vendors to deliver memorable and high-quality experiences.
  • Provide creative direction for travel solutions tailored to customer preferences.
  • Manage shift schedules, task distribution, and escalations within the team.
  • Monitor key metrics such as task completion rate, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and introduce innovative travel planning ideas.
  • Maintain the premium tone and quality standards of Swiggy s RARE service.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Bangalore and open to rotational shifts (5-day work week including weekends).
  • 3 6 years of experience in

    travel or travel planning

    .
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Prior experience in team management within a service or operations setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail in travel planning.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
