Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts. Maintain all types of accounting and voucher entries. Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements. Reconcile accounts of debtors and creditors. Maintain books of accounts in Tally. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics tools to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor budget performance and report on variances. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial/Accounts processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Maintain internal audits of store and accounts books. Calculate monthly sales tax/VAT and TDS; deposit tax challans. Prepare quarterly sales tax/VAT and TDS returns, and handle their filing. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial/ Accounts reporting and data analysis. Experience in public accounting or a similar role in a corporate environment is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High ethical standards and integrity.

Operations Coordinator Executive mumbai suburban 1 - 3 years INR 1.0 - 2.25 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities: 1. Coordinating with Shipping Lines: Liaise with shipping lines to schedule and track shipments. Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding shipment status. Resolve any issues related to shipping schedules or delays. 2. Coordinating with CFS and CHA: Work with Container Freight Stations (CFS) to manage container movements. Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth customs clearance processes. Handle any discrepancies or issues that arise during customs procedures. 3. Making Bills: Prepare and process invoices for shipments. Verify billing details and ensure accuracy in documentation. Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices. 4. Managing Documents: Organize and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Keep electronic and physical records updated and easily accessible. 5. Placing Tankers: Schedule and coordinate the placement of tankers for loading and unloading. Monitor tanker availability and optimize scheduling to avoid delays. Communicate with drivers and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. 6. Coordinating with Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their shipments. Provide regular updates on shipment status and address any client concerns or inquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
