Location: Bagalur Main Road, Bangalore Industry: Warehouse (Self-Service Storage) / Service Industry Role Overview The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the storage site, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The role requires excellent communication, customer-handling skills, and operational expertise to manage both sales and service delivery at the site. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end site operations, sales, customer on boarding, and customer experience. Support customers in moving goods in/out of the storage facility. Ensure efficient execution of processes and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation using Excel, Word, and customized software. Drive new customer acquisition and retention through proactive engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and operational challenges. Monitor site performance, prepare reports, and share updates with the Business Head. Supervise site operations during shifts and ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 67 years of experience in warehouse, storage, or service industry. Strong communication skills; fluent in English & Kannada. Computer literate proficient in MS Excel, Word, and able to learn customized software. Ability to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements. Must reside near Bagalur.
