Assistant Manager - Custom Brand Solution

As a Digital Strategist, your role will involve interpreting briefs from Key Account Managers and clients to understand brand positioning, key Marketing Challenges, Brand/Initiative Objectives, and available resources. You will be responsible for conceptualizing digital-led strategies and solutions to meet the requirements of clients and brands. Working closely with the sales teams, you will be involved in the development of brand briefs, Intellectual Properties on the channels, Branded Content & Integrations, and Multimedia 360-degree solutions. Your responsibilities will also include conducting primary and secondary research to understand user behavior and industry perspectives. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated with the latest digital trends in national and international markets and apply this knowledge to benefit the company and its clients. Driving ideation across various businesses such as media, content, social media, and on-ground events will be a key part of your responsibilities. Building strong industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, and influencers will be essential. You will also be required to maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with them for the end-to-end execution of ideas. Creating comprehensive media solution proposals for brands, including rollout plans, budgets, logistics, etc., and securing approval based on suggested changes, if any, will be part of your role. Execution of the agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles will also be crucial. Your deep understanding of creating business-driven creative solutions will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.,
