Assistant Manager - Contract Management

As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing a variety of commercial contracts with third parties/service providers. This includes agreements such as Master Services Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Manufacturer Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, and NDAs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing risks and obligations within contracts and identifying strategies to mitigate these risks on behalf of the legal and contracts/procurement governance structure. - Managing the contracting process from drafting to execution and post-execution according to client requirements. - Understanding the commercial and legal implications of contract clauses, redline changes, etc. - Negotiating contract clauses to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Managing contracts with consultants and individuals by reviewing the scope, cost, and deliverables. - Finalizing contracts through discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of project deliverables and overseeing project SLAs. - Leading a team of contract attorneys and paralegals to meet client requirements. - Developing and implementing process improvement programs. - Supervising team training and onboarding of new hires. - Transitioning new projects from pilot phases to Business As Usual (BAU) phases. - Creating and maintaining up-to-date project documentation and project health. - Managing client relationships for daily operations and reporting. - Engaging in proactive and reactive client communications, owning communication processes with internal and external stakeholders. - Working with and having administrator knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management systems (preferred platform). Additionally, you will be involved in ideating and implementing process improvements programs, overseeing team training, and transitioning new projects from pilot to BAU phases. You will also be responsible for client management, proactive and reactive communications, and working with Contract Lifecycle Management systems.,
