Assistant Manager - Contract Management

You will be joining the Procurement team at Zscaler as an experienced Assistant ManagerContract Management in the Mohali/Pune office. Reporting to the Senior Manager Contracts, your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, modifying, and negotiating commercial vendor contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, Consulting, DP, Events & Software Subscription/Licensing Agreements - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and client/customer contacts to ensure contract requirements compliance with company policies - Enforcing contract management policies, developing/improving contract templates, and contracting practices - Ensuring data privacy compliances are followed and liaising with privacy counsel for privacy matters - Assisting senior Legal team members in additional/special projects **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum LL.B/LLM, BA. LL. B (Hons.) degree - 5+ years of relevant legal contracts experience in drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts (IT and Non-IT) - Strong reporting, research, and legal administration skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior experience with large multinational customers and partners - Experience in cross-border deals and CLM tools like Ironclad - Exposure to Big4 consulting deals and contracting practices Zscaler is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
