Assistant Manager - Contract Management

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager–Contract Management to join our Procurement team in Mohali/Pune office. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Contracts, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing, modifying and negotiating commercial vendor contracts including MSAs, NDAs, Consulting, DP, Events & Software Subscription/Licensing Agreements, etc
• Advising and collaborating with several internal stakeholders and client/customer contacts regarding contract requirements to ensure compliance with company’s contracting policies
• Enforcing contract management policies and procedures and developing and improving contract templates and contracting practices
• Ensuring data privacy compliances are followed to its spirit by business units and liaising with the privacy counsel for privacy matters
• Assisting the senior Legal team members in additional/special projects

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Minimum LL.B/LLM, BA. LL. B (Hons.) degree
• 5+ years of relevant legal contracts experience in drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial (IT and Non-IT) contracts
• Good hold on reporting, research and legal administration
• Legal Administration Skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience working with large multinational customers and partners
• Prior contracting experience in cross border deals and CLM tools like Ironclad will be an added advantage
• Prior exposure to Big4 consulting deals and contracting practices will be added advantage
