Assistant Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Energy & Utility domain, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality adherence.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, developers, and QA professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety norms, and sustainability goals.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership via dashboards and reports.
  • Manage RFP/RFI processes, vendor selection, and contracts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Handle change requests, scope management, and stakeholder expectations.
