Job Description: We are hiring a Assistant Manager - Channel Sales with proven experience in luxury residential projects (10 - 15 Cr range) . The ideal candidate must have a strong broker network across Mumbai Western Line and a solid track record in Sourcing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Drive channel partner sales as per targets Manage and grow broker network across the Western Line Propose schemes to boost sales and footfalls Handle inventory allocation and reporting Respond to customer queries and manage documentation Requirements: 5+ years in real estate sales Must have worked on luxury projects (1015 Cr) Strong broker/channel partner connections on the Western Line Excellent communication and negotiation skills Whats in it for you?
