Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an Assistant Manager - BPO Operations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The role also involves client interaction, preparing reports, handling escalations, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO operations management, team management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in client interaction, report preparation, and handling escalations
• Understanding of performance metrics and ensuring SLAs are met
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the IT or ITeS industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
