Chief Sales Officer- International and India Sales

As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Imperative Business Ventures Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales, revenue growth, and global business expansion focusing on the BFSI sector. With over 15 years of experience in BPO/KPO Sales & Business Development, you will lead the sales team in developing and executing innovative sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the overall sales strategy for the BFSI vertical, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by capitalizing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, set clear performance metrics, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the BFSI sector. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular sales performance reports to the senior management. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales leadership within the BFSI industry, deep market knowledge, and exceptional leadership and team management skills. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role within the BFSI sector, is required. A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is essential, while an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
