Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team to ensure quality and efficiency, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and supporting the team in achieving organizational goals. The role requires effective leadership skills and a strong commitment to innovation and workplace efficiency.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software is advantageous.
