Job Description

Role & responsibilities Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance. Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time studies and motion analysis to measure performance and establish benchmarks for optimal operational efficiency. Recommend changes to workstations, tasks, and processes based on study findings to improve speed and reduce waste. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various operations to evaluate performance, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making. Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies or problems. Capacity Planning: Assess the capacity of manufacturing systems, labor, and equipment to determine production capabilities and avoid over- or underutilization. Make recommendations for resource allocation, shifts in production schedules, and investments in new equipment as needed. Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet required standards. Identify areas where quality improvements can be made, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Analyze and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution. Develop strategies for reducing inventory costs, managing stock levels, and improving material flow. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities through process redesign, material handling, or automation. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency
