Job Description

Assistant Manager-Trainer (Soft Skill/Behavioral)

Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions to new recruits and existing employees on Matrix, On Job Training Workshops, Audit Error, refresher programs etc.
To conduct post training quiz, capture and maintain attendance, training duration and assessment scores.
Maintain and publish training reports on Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
Create presentations on new topics.
Record Self learning videos for E-learning modules.
Take process improvement initiatives and improve employee certification count.
Roll out monthly training calendars.
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programmes.

Traits preferred:

Sound Medical knowledge
Excellent communication skills
MS Office skills
Sound Insurance knowledge on CMS and Matrix portals.
Trainer with Sound Medical & Insurance Knowledge preferred
