Sales Manager – Lifestyle Finance📍 Location: Belgaum, Karnataka

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Lifestyle Finance vertical in Belgaum. The role involves managing dealer networks, expanding customer reach, and ensuring seamless execution of financial solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and achieve business targets in the Lifestyle Finance segment.
Develop and manage dealer / retailer partnerships to increase customer acquisition.
Identify and activate new business opportunities in the Belgaum market.
Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing smooth finance solutions.
Execute promotional campaigns and offers in coordination with dealers.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
1–4 years of sales experience (preferably in Consumer Finance, Retail, or BFSI).
Strong knowledge of Belgaum market and dealer ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
