We are seeking an Assistant Manager with strong sales experience to drive admissions, renewals, and overall growth of the academy. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Student Management Achieve monthly admission, renewal, and sales targets. Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, WhatsApp leads, and convert them into admissions. Follow up with leads at convenient times using CRM and Google Sheets. Provide complete information to prospective students/parents and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate admission, renewal, and fee collection records. Administration & Coordination Manage student schedules, batch allotments, and attendance tracking. Support annual shows, exams, and student performances. Coordinate with faculty for punctuality, attendance, and class schedules. Prepare daily sales and activity reports for the Reporting Manager and Director. Handle basic office administration and coordination with suppliers. Requirements Graduation is mandatory. Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or related field. 2–4 years of proven sales experience (preferably in education, training, or service sector). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM tools.
