Lead and inspire a team of ~20 members
Drive admissions growth through innovative sales & outreach strategies
Collaborate with universities offering Distance Learning Programs (DLP)
Set achievable targets and optimize revenue streams (upselling, partnerships, new initiatives)
Monitor performance with KPIs and foster a culture of continuous learning & innovation
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven track record in EdTech sales/admissions (Assistant Manager level or similar)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
Knowledge of Distance Learning Programs (DLP) and universities offering them
